Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 60 days’ notice, you can adjust your date based on availability. If a suitable replacement date is not available, we will happily refund your damage deposit provided cancellation is made outside of the 60 day window.

Tell me about the crafting area.

We have a limited amount of paper crafting supplies for purchase in case you forget or run out including tape runner, and basic cardstock. We supply a Cricut paper cutting machine with several cartridges for use while at the property, an ironing board and iron for quilters, and several paper cutting tools. We have a supply swap where guests can leave items they won’t use and take new treasures that others have left.

How much does a weekend cost?

Our standard rental rate for a retreat from Thursday to Sunday is a flat fee of $1,450 per weekend rental. Additional nights may be added onto the front end for a discounted rate based on availability. Please inquire at time of reservation.

To secure your booking, we request a $100 refundable damage deposit to hold your dates. Once confirmed, we require a 50% down payment 60 days prior to your event with the remaining 50% to be paid 30 days prior to your event.

What happens if it snows?

We are located in the Colorado mountains, which can mean unpredictable weather in the winter and shoulder seasons. We encourage guests to plan appropriately and drive suitable vehicles for driving in snow and ice conditions. We always work with our guests for potentially serious weather conditions.
